Rachel Imperato

Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Rachel is a veteran in the field of nonsurgical aesthetic rejuvenation with a passion for education and growth in the aesthetic industry. She has treated thousands of patients and trained hundreds of physicians and nurses throughout the United States. She is a certified aesthetic nurse specialist (CANS) and masters-prepared, board-certified family nurse practitioner.

As the founder of Advanced Facial Aesthetics, she has served in many roles advancing the facial aesthetic profession. She currently serves as the Lake’s only nationwide trainer for one of the nation’s largest aesthetic injectable providers. She has owned and operated her own training practice since 2017, and helps to advance the skills of other industry professionals, both locally and across the United States. Rachel is a member of the International Society of Plastic & Aesthetic Nurses and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is well known in the field of facial aesthetics and offers the most experienced injection services at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Angel Rowden

Clinic Manager

Angel is the Clinic Manager of Advanced Facial Aesthetics. Angel obtained her bachelor’s degree in business management from Central Methodist University in 2019. With business being her calling, and facial aesthetic rejuvenation being another interest, Angel says she has her dream job. Another interesting fact is that Angel is the daughter of Rachel Imperato. When Rachel decided to start her own clinic, she could think of no one else better but her daughter to help her manage and navigate the new adventure. Angel loves working with her mother and being able to help Advanced Facial Aesthetics grow and flourish.

Sarah Drake

Director of Client Services

Sarah currently serves as the Customer Care Specialist, bringing a welcoming presence to our office. She is the first to greet our patients with a warm smile and strives to give each guest a positive, welcoming and lasting experience. She is knowledgeable and readily available to answer any questions patients may have about our products and services we offer. When not in office, Sarah enjoys traveling, boating, fishing and spending time with her husband and 3 kids.

Stacy Sederwall

MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Stacy is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing, specializing in both family and psychiatric care. Born with a passion for helping others, Stacy embarked on a journey in the field of nursing that has spanned over a decade, marked by continuous growth and unwavering dedication to improving the lives of her patients.  Stacy began her nursing career in 2006 after completing an associate in nursing degree from Thomas Nursing Community College. They quickly established herself as a competent and caring registered nurse, gaining valuable experience while working in the emergency departments and forensic nursing.  Driven by a desire to expand her knowledge and skills, Stacy pursued further education, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing from Central Methodist University in 2010. This educational milestone laid the foundation for her continued professional growth.

In 2014, Stacy completed a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University. Equipped with advanced training and expertise, she began providing comprehensive primary care services at a walk-in clinic catering to patients of all ages.  Recognizing the growing need for mental health services, Stacy pursued further specialization, earning a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Liberty University in 2021. This additional qualification opened doors to a new realm of patient care, and Stacy transitioned seamlessly into the role of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.  In addition to her outstanding clinical practice, Stacy has broadened her expertise to encompass hormone therapy, weight loss management, and a functional health approach. Employing a holistic methodology, she endeavors to tackle the underlying causes of health concerns, fostering optimal well-being and vitality in her patients.  Throughout her career, Stacy has showcased an unwavering commitment to excellence and a profound empathy toward her patients. Her capacity to deliver compassionate care, paired with her clinical proficiency, has garnered the respect and trust of her patients.

Teresa Buol

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Teresa Buol is a valued member of the Advanced Facial Aesthetics team, specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, weight loss programs, dietary assistance, and exercise programs. With a dedication to continuous learning and growth, Teresa is also exploring the realm of functional health services and hopes to integrate these offerings into her practice in the future.  Graduating from Cox College MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015, Teresa brings an extensive 33 years of nursing experience to Advanced Facial Aesthetics. Her commitment to providing comprehensive care and personalized solutions has made her an integral part of the local medical community.

Teresa's passion for holistic health and wellness is evident in her pursuit of knowledge and her desire to expand her services to encompass functional health approaches. She remains dedicated to staying current with industry advancements to ensure her clients receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs.
